About Maidah Kitchen

Established since 2013, originally under the name of Maidah Cuisine located at no. 32G, Jalan Putra Mahkota 7/7A, Putra Heights. At that time, we focused on Restaurant, served the community and surrounding areas like Saujana Putra, Usj, Alam Megah with western n local dishes 

Since then, we operated our services as conventional way as other normal shop, provide dining services for walk in customers, buffet during Ramadhan and also catering services. 

In 2016 we have setup our central kitchen to provide catering services and our facilities the central kitchen can cater up to 2000 pax. 

After running restaurant business almost 6 years, the business condition was not getting very well and  we were unable to sustain anymore. We decided to close the restaurant in Oct 2018 and tried remain the central kitchen focused only for catering services until December 2018. However, due to some other internal and external factors, we decided to close the catering business for a while.  

Effective 1st October 2019, we finally decided to reopen the catering business, operated from Maidah Central Kitchen and finally rebranded under Maidah Kitchen. Maidah kitchen is fully owned by Ansarcomp Hospitality Sdn Bhd with new management team, include Mohd Zaini Mohd Yatim as the Managing Director, Chef Emran as the Head Chef and Mohd Zaki as Operation Manager. 

Maidah Kitchen focuses on catering services, dine in and food delivery which supported by Maidah Kitchen staff. We plan to build a home and office food delivery services and catering business that will meet the needs of all our customers and potential customers in Subang Jaya and nearby areas. 

We aim to consistently provide our customers with impeccable service by demonstrating warmth, graciousness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and integrity in our work.

CEO Profile



Mohd Zaini Bin Mohd Yatim is the founder & CEO of AnsarComp (M) Sdn Bhd. He started his career at Maxis Communications Bhd since 1995 in the logistics department dealing with SIRIM Type Approval and import permit applications for all Maxis network equipment. He had vast experiences with SIRIM policies and procedures as well as customs acts, MCMC acts, tariff codes and SIRIM regulatory approval with regards to import and export permit applications for communication products and electrical products. With the increasing demand in obtaining the SIRIM approval by the clients he met at SIRIM during that time, he finally decided to leave Maxis to start a consultancy service in type approval and import permit. It was initially registered as AnsarComp Enterprise in 2001 under Small Office & Home Office (SOHO) concept.

AnsarComp (M) Sdn Bhd, was then incorporated in August 2004 with two shareholders and directors. He appointed himself as the Managing Director while the other one is an Executive Director. Being the founder and the Managing Director, he started to grow the business, set the company vision and mission, managed the employees’ performance and successfully built trust and excellent rapport with SIRIM officers and obtained mouth-to-mouth referrals from clients, locally and abroad.

He is known as a risk taker, dedicated and brave person to take new challenges in business. He is generous, creative, innovative, and always have new ideas.

He is passionate about entrepreneurship, technology, and spends a significant amount of time in building AnsarComp group of companies. After 18 years managing the company, AnsarComp expanded the business by having two other new companies which are AnsarComp Paradigm (M) Sdn Bhd and AnsarComp Hospitality Sdn Bhd, focused on different other businesses.

AnsarComp, is leading towards the one-stop centre for its clients by having multiple regulatory approval services includes Energy Commission, National Wild Life, MAQIS, MITI and JAKIM for Halal certification services.

At present, after the new company restructures, he is appointed as CEO for AnsarComp Groups of companies. With the commitment of his management team and dedicated employees, he managed to transform AnsarComp to be the preferred approval specialists company in Malaysia, dealing with many major clients, big players and brands in the communication industry, at international level such as CISCO, DHL, Apple and Google, just to name a few.

Ramlah is very passionate in consultation and business management activities. She has dedicated most of her time managing and growing her business as well as developing her team members by providing them internal trainings and also personal coaching. She likes to visualize things from the “helicopter view” and to digest issues with the big picture. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through the organisation, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps other team members extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.

Ramlah is also distinguished by her ability to identify, leverage and develop talent. Throughout her leadership, she has helped her team members recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as the talented key players in the company, by addressing their career strategy, leadership development, professional positioning and visibility.

Currently, as COO at AnsarComp, Ramlah oversees the daily operational business activities, plans for its growth and sustainability and maintains its reliability in the eyes of its big clients. She leads her team members by actively involved in corporate training, business coaching and consultation in regulatory approval services, dealing with more than twenty regulatory agencies like SIRIM, Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), MITI, Wild Life and JAKIM for Halal industries in Malaysia.

With her dedication, commitment and strong leadership skills, she has managed to grow her team leaders’ capability in dealing with high demands of daily jobs and enquiries for import permit, thus transforming AnsarComp for being among the most preferred consultant company for the regulatory approval services in Malaysia.

Started with only four employees, by offering type approval services for one regulatory approval agency (SIRIM) back in 2004, currently AnsarComp is leading towards the one-stop-service centre of choice in regulatory approval services under one roof for domestic and global market.

 Working Experience:

Previously appointed as administrative personnel, Ramlah was in charge with day-to-day administrative jobs related with customer services in Customer Service Department in Maxis Communications Bhd, reported to the Branch Manager and also Head of the Department. During this time, she has received employee spot award for being among the dedicated employees in the organization. Within five years in the corporate world, she was exposed with ample knowledge and vast experience in handling customer services and daily administrative jobs.

Educational Background:

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Graduate School of Management, University Putra Malaysia (2004-2006). Prior to that she graduated with double degrees. Her first degree is in B.A IsIamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage (IRKHS) (1992-1995) and followed by second degree, B.A Human Sciences (Communications) (1995-1996), both were from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).She is also certified as trainer under Train The Trainer (TTT) program from HRDF and Accredited Competency Professional (ACP) from Institute of Leadership and Management.With her 20 years combined experiences in administration, consultation, management and customer services, she was featured in Dr Sakinah Salleh’s book – 10 Tokoh Idola Muslimah in 2013 (ISBN-13: 978-967-411-151-9).

If there is one thing that anyone can say about Azri Abu Bakar, it would be he is filled with creative ideas. His ideas, derived from his years in the entertainment line, as well as event industry coupled with his 12 years of being in the corporate world while attached to KPJ Helathcare Berhad made him an invaluable member to any team.

Azri Abu Bakar retired from the corporate world in 2019, as the General Manager of a subsidiary company in KPJ Healthcare Berhad. His KPI was simple. He needs to generate 1 new idea a year for the benefit of the corporation. Azri did exactly that and more. His experience in KPJ Hospitals helped them set a standard for hospitality for on-ground staff. Naturally, his path grew to provide marketing strategies and develop never done before ideas for the benefit of his clients.

Azri also does a number of hosting roles for events, from formal to casual, yet all of them entertaining.

Today, he embark on another journey, away from the corporate life, to work directly with clients and tailor make events and marketing campaign to suit the client's needs. His marketing campaigns are usually met with positive responses and he always strives to deliver more than required. All for 100% client satisfaction.
